I saw The Moonta Collective for sale on Instagram and completely lost my mind. In the best possible way.
I'm Jacqui Nelligan, proud South Aussie, co-founder of Unseasoned Greetings, and the person who followed her gut from Adelaide to the Copper Coast and never looked back. This is the story of how a little yellow-doored shop in Moonta became my whole heart.

Let's be honest. Most of us wash our face in a bit of a rush at the end of the day, slap on whatever's in reach, and call it done.
It works. Kind of. But it doesn't exactly feel like anything.

RUWI (pronounced roo-wee) means "land" in the Ngarrindjeri language of South Australia. It's an Indigenous-owned skincare brand rooted in Country, culture and native botanicals that First Nations Australians have been using for over 80,000 years. And it has just arrived at The Moonta Collective.

Step one: Finger Lime Cleanser ($48)
Think of this like a micellar water, but actually good. You swipe it on with a cotton pad, it lifts away the day, and your skin feels genuinely clean without that stripped-back tightness that most cleansers leave behind.
Native finger lime brings natural AHAs to the party, which means gentle cell renewal and real brightness over time. Macadamia oil keeps things hydrated. The whole thing takes about 30 seconds and your face feels noticeably fresher immediately.

Use daily, morning and night. Apply to a cotton pad and swipe over skin.
Step two: Quandong Scrub $54
Use it a couple of times a week and the difference is noticeable. Skin feels softer and cleaner, and if you wear makeup, it sits so much better afterwards.
The Quandong Scrub exfoliates without going too hard. It removes dead skin and impurities without stripping your natural oils or wrecking your moisture barrier. Quandong is an Aboriginal botanical that's been used for centuries, rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids. Add vitamin C, zinc, magnesium, Davidson plum, Australian pineapple myrtle and macadamia oil, and you've got a scrub that's genuinely nourishing, not just abrasive.
