Shipping

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping:
  • Orders $0.00–$149.99.00: $15.00 flat rate
  • Orders $150.00 and up: Free
  • Estimated delivery: 2 to 8 business days
  • Express Shipping:
  • All orders: $20.00 flat rate
  • Estimated delivery: 1 to 4 business days
  • Local Pickup (Click & Collect):
  • Free — Collect from our Moonta store during opening hours.
  • You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection (usually within 1 business day).

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.
  • Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • You can track your parcel via the link provided or by logging into your account.

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@themoontacollective.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after dispatch.

Returns & Change of Mind

We want you to love your purchase! If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date, provided:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Exclusions:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, personal care items, gift cards, or perishable goods unless faulty.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at hello@themoontacollective.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the ACL.

  • Email us at hello@themoontacollective.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  • We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
